Hallway & Stairs: £900 – £2,500 (depending on height and complexity)
Full House (2–3 Bedrooms): £3,500 – £7,000
Full House (4–5 Bedrooms): £6,000 – £14,000

Exterior work depends heavily on access, preparation, and scaffolding requirements.

Semi-Detached House: £3,000 – £6,500
