1. Deposits

1.1. All bookings with HQPROPAINTERS LIMITED require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total project cost. This deposit is to secure your booking and schedule the project.

2. Cancellation

2.1. In the event that you need to cancel your project, the following terms apply:

Cancellation prior to 10 days before the scheduled start date: The deposit will be forfeited, and no additional charges will be incurred.

Cancellation within 10 days of the scheduled start date: The deposit will be forfeited, and a cancellation fee of 5% of the total project cost will be charged.

3. Rescheduling

3.1. If you need to reschedule your project, please notify HQPROPAINTERS LIMITED at least 10 days before the scheduled start date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

3.2. If rescheduling is not possible due to prior commitments or other reasons, the cancellation policy outlined in section 2 will apply.

4. Incomplete Projects

4.1. If, for any reason, the project is not completed, HQPROPAINTERS LIMITED will refund a prorated amount of the total project cost based on the work completed up to that point, minus the non-refundable deposit.

5. Unsatisfactory Work

5.1. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact HQPROPAINTERS LIMITED within 1 days of project completion. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, rectify any issues free of charge.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. HQPROPAINTERS LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, and government orders or regulations.
