At HQ Pro Painters, we take pride in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services. To give our customers peace of mind, we provide a workmanship warranty on completed projects, subject to the terms below.

Our Warranty

We offer a 24-month workmanship warranty on painting and decorating services carried out by HQ Pro Painters. This covers defects directly related to our workmanship, such as peeling or flaking paint caused by improper application.

What Is Covered

  • Interior and exterior painting workmanship
  • Preparation and application carried out by our team
  • Issues arising under normal conditions and proper care

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by moisture, leaks, damp, structural issues, or third-party work
  • Customer-supplied materials or paints
  • Poor maintenance after completion
  • Colour fading due to sunlight or weather conditions

Important Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be invalid if:

  • The job is paid in cash
  • Additional discounts are requested or applied beyond the official prices and offers listed on our website
  • Any part of the work is altered, repaired, or interfered with by another contractor
  • Full payment is not completed as agreed

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • You must notify us in writing within the warranty period
  • Proof of payment and original invoice must be provided
  • We will inspect the issue before any remedial work is agreed

If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we will repair the affected area at no labour cost.

Our Commitment

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law and does not affect them.
